K245C video telematics with flexible camera positioning and driver identification
Monitor the road, the cab and the driver assigned to the vehicle through one 4G LTE-connected system, with dual full HD recording, NFC driver verification and remote fleet visibility.

Record the road and the cab at the same time
Review the same event from two viewpoints instead of relying on an incomplete account.
The forward camera records the road in full HD at 1920 x 1080 pixels across a 142-degree field of view. The inward camera records the cab at the same resolution and field of view, with infrared supporting visibility in low-light conditions.
The two cameras record in synchronisation, allowing the road and cab footage from the same moment to be reviewed together. Both cameras also offer a 90-degree tiltable angle, helping installers position each view correctly for the vehicle. When an important event occurs, the emergency recording button can be used to protect the relevant clip from being overwritten.
Forward camera with full HD 1920 x 1080 recording
Inward camera with full HD 1920 x 1080 recording
142-degree field of view on both cameras
Infrared support on the inward camera for low-light visibility
90-degree tiltable angle on both cameras
Synchronised dual-camera recording
Emergency recording button to protect an important clip
Know which driver was assigned to the vehicle
Separate the driver record from the vehicle record when vehicles are shared across shifts.
NFC driver identification and verification
Better oversight where vehicles are shared between drivers
Instant pairing with compatible devices through NFC
HF RFID support
Bluetooth 4.2 BLE connectivity
Focus: driver accountability in operations where vehicle activity cannot be assessed accurately from the registration number alone.
The K245C includes NFC for driver identification and verification. This helps an operation establish who was assigned to a vehicle, giving management better context when reviewing footage, telematics information and driving events.
NFC can also be used for instant pairing with compatible devices. The unit supports HF RFID and Bluetooth 4.2 BLE as part of its wider connectivity capability.
Review fleet activity without waiting for the vehicle to return
4G LTE connectivity gives management remote access to live views and fleet information.
Built-in 4G LTE Cat.6 connectivity, with 3G and 2G fallback, allows the unit to transmit information while a vehicle is operating. Management can access live views, event videos, images and vehicle history through the fleet management console and mobile application, subject to network availability and the configured service.
Dual-band WiFi is also supported. Firmware and settings can be updated over the air, reducing the need to bring vehicles in for routine software changes.

Remote live viewing through the fleet management console and mobile application
Access to event videos, images and track history
Dual-band WiFi
Over-the-air firmware and settings updates
4G LTE and WiFi status indicators
Identify risk patterns before they become repeated incidents
Use video events to support earlier, more focused intervention.
Advanced driver assistance system functions
Driver monitoring system functions
Road-facing and cab-facing event information
Event videos available for management review
Driver coaching supported by recorded evidence
Event notifications through the fleet management console
The K245C supports advanced driver assistance system and driver monitoring system functions. Road-facing analysis monitors events relating to the route ahead, while cab-facing analysis monitors driver-related events. Relevant video and event information can then be presented through the fleet management console for review.
This gives management recorded information to support driver coaching and risk management. Where driver identification is configured, the event record can be reviewed together with the verified driver information.
Add location and movement data to the video record
Understand where an event occurred and what the vehicle was doing at the time.
The K245C combines satellite tracking with a 3-axis G-sensor and gyroscope. This allows video to be reviewed with the related position and movement information. The fleet management console supports a dashboard, track history, geo-fencing and event notifications.
Optional automotive dead reckoning can support positioning when satellite reception is limited. Optional ECU integration can also acquire vehicle and engine telematics data where the appropriate interface is available. Both optional functions must be confirmed for the proposed vehicle and installation.

Keep important footage available for review
Store video on the unit and in the cloud, with protected access to the device ports.
Micro SD storage of up to 1TB
Cloud storage for video footage for up to six months
Tamper-resistant lock screws protecting the input and output cover
Protected access to the micro SD card and nano SIM
Industrial-grade construction
Windscreen mounting designed for efficient fitment
The K245C supports micro SD storage of up to 1TB. Video footage can also be stored in the cloud for up to six months, providing fleet management with access to event records through the management platform.
An input and output cover secured with tamper-resistant lock screws prevents unauthorised access to the ports, including the micro SD card and nano SIM. The unit is manufactured using industrial-grade components for continuous commercial fleet use.
Turn vehicle information into a usable management view
Bring video, tracking and event information together through one fleet console.
The K245C sends sensor and telematics data, event videos and images to cloud-based infrastructure. Through the fleet management console, authorised users can access a dashboard, review track history, set geo-fences, receive event notifications and open a live view. The fleet management console is also available through a mobile application, allowing authorised users to access tracking and video information across multiple supported devices.
The unit uses a Qualcomm octa-core processor and Android 9.0. Open APIs and an SDK support integration with fleet management systems, allowing relevant information to be connected to an operation’s existing reporting environment where the required integration has been configured.
