Make Better Fleet Decisions with Clearer Operational Insight

Strengthen oversight of vehicles, drivers and incidents through video telematics, vehicle tracking, fleet management and connected data solutions structured around the requirements of your operation.

Fleet visibility must go beyond vehicle location

See the Information Your Operation Is Missing

Knowing where a vehicle is does not always explain what happened on the road, what contributed to an incident or where operating performance requires attention. Effective fleet oversight depends on having the right information available in a form that management can review and use

Veriserv helps businesses identify the gaps in their current fleet environment and structure the appropriate combination of video telematics, vehicle tracking, fleet management and connected data capabilities. The requirement is assessed first so that the proposed solution reflects the vehicles, operating conditions, existing systems and management priorities involved.

Fleet Solutions may be used independently or alongside Veriserv’s Finance and Insurance services. Neither area requires the other, but both can be coordinated through the same Veriserv team when the business requires support across its wider commercial mobility position.

Add Visual Context to Fleet Events

Video telematics connects camera footage with vehicle and event information, helping management review what occurred on the road and inside the cab.

Veriserv supplies connected dual-camera solutions for commercial fleets. The available K220 and K245C units provide forward-facing and in-cab Full HD recording, 4G LTE connectivity and access to footage through a fleet management environment.

Both solutions include cloud storage for footage for up to six months.

Supported functions include live viewing, event video, images, track history, geo-fencing and event notifications. Advanced driver assistance and driver monitoring functions are also available on supported configurations. The final hardware and platform arrangement is selected according to the vehicle type, operating environment and information the business needs to review.

4G LTE connectivity for supported remote functions

Video and event information available through a fleet management console

Advanced driver assistance and driver monitoring functions on supported configurations

Local device storage and cloud-based infrastructure

Hardware designed for commercial fleet applications

Maintain Oversight of Vehicle Movement and Activity

Vehicle tracking shows where an asset is and how it has moved. Video telematics adds visual context to the events recorded around that journey.

Vehicle location and movement information

Trip history and route visibility

Geo-fencing and event notifications where supported

Tracking and recovery requirements structured around the fleet risk

Clear distinction between location data and video evidence

Veriserv’s fleet offering includes vehicle telematics, tracking and recovery solutions for businesses that require clearer oversight of commercial vehicles and mobile assets. Depending on the selected solution, the requirement may include location information, trip history, geo-fencing and event notifications.

Tracking and recovery requirements are assessed according to the fleet, asset risk and operating environment. The proposed solution will confirm the applicable technology, response arrangement and support scope before implementation.

Turn Fleet Information into Practical Management Insight

Fleet information only has value when it helps management identify what requires attention and make a better-informed decision

Veriserv helps businesses assess the fleet information required to support day-to-day control and longer-term planning. Depending on the chosen platform and scope, this may include visibility of vehicle use, operational events, maintenance information and fleet activity across the business.

The objective is to give decision makers a clearer basis for reviewing how vehicles are being operated and where further investigation or intervention may be required. Available reports, dashboards and platform functions are confirmed during the solution process rather than assumed to be identical for every fleet.

Fleet activity and utilisation visibility where supported

Operational event information

Maintenance and service information where included in the selected platform

Dashboards and reporting aligned to the approved solution scope

A clearer basis for fleet review and planning

AI dashcams and video telematics

Connect Fleet Data to the Wider Business

Reduce isolated information by connecting compatible fleet devices and third-party systems where the operating requirement supports integration.

Connection of compatible AIoT devices and third-party systems

API and cloud integration where supported

Fleet information aligned with wider operational reporting

Scope confirmed according to system compatibility and business requirements

Veriserv’s AIoT capability supports the connection of compatible devices, cloud platforms and third-party systems. This can help a business bring relevant fleet information into a broader operational view instead of leaving it separated across unrelated systems.

Integration requirements are assessed against the available interfaces, existing infrastructure and reporting needs of the business. The proposed scope will confirm which systems can be connected, what information can be shared and what implementation is required.

Frequently Asked Questions

Veriserv provides access to video telematics, AI dashcams, vehicle telematics, tracking and recovery, fleet management and AIoT integration capabilities for South African businesses operating commercial fleets. The recommended combination depends on the fleet, existing systems and operational requirement.
Vehicle tracking focuses on location, movement and journey information. Video telematics adds road-facing and in-cab footage, together with supported vehicle and event data, to provide further context around what occurred.
The current range includes the K220 and K245C connected dual-camera solutions. Both provide forward-facing and in-cab Full HD recording with 4G LTE connectivity. Their mounting, storage, driver identification and integration features differ, so suitability should be confirmed against the vehicle and operating requirement.
Integration may be possible where the selected devices, cloud platforms and third-party systems provide compatible interfaces. Veriserv assesses the systems involved and confirms the available integration scope before implementation.
No. Fleet Solutions and Finance and Insurance are available as separate focus areas. A business may use either service independently or engage Veriserv across both areas when this suits its commercial mobility requirements.
The K220 and K245C are designed for windscreen mounting and connection within a vehicle. Suitability, positioning, connectivity and any optional vehicle-data integration should be confirmed for the relevant vehicle types before installation.

Discuss the Information Your Fleet Needs to Provide

Tell Veriserv about the vehicles you operate, the systems already in place and the areas where management requires stronger visibility. The team will review the requirement and propose a suitable structure for the hardware, platform, reporting and support involved.

Fleet technology is one part of the wider commercial mobility position. If the requirement also includes vehicle or equipment finance and commercial insurance, these services can be considered separately or coordinated alongside the fleet solution.
